We’re searching UK universities to find the exceptional Engineering Undergraduate of the Year. Are you passionate about engineering? Do you thrive when coming up with innovative solutions to technical problems?

To enter you must:

  • currently be studying an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related subject
  • be on target for, and expecting to receive, a minimum of a 2.2-degree result  
  • satisfy security requirements to hold a position at BAE Systems

You could win one week of work experience at BAE Systems. Along with the exciting work experience opportunity where you’ll gain insights into what working as a graduate at the organisation is like, you’ll also be placed with an engineering mentor for when you are back at university.

Assessment centre

If you pass the online tests and successfully make it to the next stage your application will be reviewed by BAE Systems

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 26 April 2024, where the award winners will be announced.
