The Female Undergraduate of the Year Award is especially important to us because it aligns with our mission to improve gender representation across the engineering, infrastructure, and consultancy sectors. We believe that diverse teams bring better outcomes for our clients and communities, and that empowering women at the early stages of their careers is key to building a more equitable future.
This partnership is not just about recognising excellence—it’s about opening doors, challenging norms, and helping young women see themselves as future leaders and changemakers. We’re proud to support an award that reflects our belief in the power of diverse perspectives to shape a better world.
